Alpha & Omega Tattoo Parlor

Alpha & Omega Tattoo Parlor is an independent, locally owned custom tattoo studio and permanent cosmetics parlor located at 929 W Sunset Blvd #1D in St. George, Utah, serving clients across Washington County and Southern Utah. Founded in February 2015 by owner and lead tattoo artist Benjamin Berg, the studio specializes in original, custom-drawn tattoo artwork and restorative permanent makeup in a private, hospital-clean setting.

Custom Tattoo Artistry and Permanent Cosmetics

Rather than relying on stock flash sheets, the resident artists at Alpha & Omega Tattoo Parlor collaborate one-on-one with each client to design custom pieces tailored to their anatomy and artistic vision. The studio features individual private tattoo booths that provide a comfortable, distraction-free experience for multi-hour sessions as well as first-time tattoo clients.

• Custom Tattoo Styles: Black-and-grey realism, color realism, traditional and neo-traditional Americana, fine-line florals, geometric dotwork, and custom script.


• Cover-Ups and Reworks: Thoughtful redesign and pigment layering to transform faded or unwanted tattoos into cohesive new artwork.


• Permanent Cosmetics and Restorative Tattooing: Specialized cosmetic tattooing and paramedical areola restoration performed by resident artist Meg Hoss.


• Health Department Certified Sterilization: Single-use needles, barrier-protected workstations, and Southwest Utah Public Health Department sanitation compliance.
