Staffed by Utah DOPL-licensed physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health specialists, the clinic handles routine wellness physicals, pediatric immunizations, chronic disease management, and same-day acute illness or farm and sports injury treatment, backed by on-site digital X-ray and laboratory testing.

• Family & Preventive Medicine: Well-child exams, adult annual physicals, school and sports physicals, women's health, and geriatric care.


• Same-Day Acute & Urgent Care: Treatment for infections, lacerations, fractures, sprains, burns, and agricultural or workplace injuries, plus after-hours on-call provider support.


• On-Site Digital X-Ray & Lab: Immediate diagnostic radiography, blood draws, rapid strep/flu/COVID testing, and EKG screenings.


• Behavioral Health Counseling: Confidential mental health therapy and behavioral wellness support integrated with primary care.
