Long Valley is a 600-acre master-planned neighborhood built by D.R. Horton in southeast Washington City, Utah, west of Sand Hollow State Park near the Southern Parkway. Resident amenities include a clubhouse, pools, courts, a splash pad, a dog park and trails. Washington City's 1.25-mile Long Valley Trail runs through the area, and the city plans an 8-acre Long Valley Park with a potential construction year of 2027.
