Day of the Dead at the St. George Museum of Art

The <a href="/businesses/st-george-art-museum/">St. George Museum of Art</a> holds its annual Day of the Dead celebration on the D&iacute;a de Muertos holiday, <strong>Monday, November 2, 2026, from 5 to 8 p.m.</strong>, at 47 E 200 N in downtown <a href="/city/st-george/">St. George</a>. It is a free event for all ages, and the museum encourages guests to bring the whole family. The museum's flyer lists free horchata, food trucks, a community ofrenda, face painting, free crafts, a remembrance tree and a dance performance. The evening also features a one-night pop-up art exhibition on this year's theme, <strong>Remember Me: Honoring Individuals Who Have Impacted Our Lives</strong>, with work by local artists exploring memory, family, legacy and the people who have shaped their lives; the winning entry receives a prize. Light the Night at the St. George Museum of Art

The <a href="/businesses/st-george-art-museum/">St. George Museum of Art</a> opens its winter exhibitions with <strong>Light the Night</strong> on <strong>Saturday, December 5, 2026, from 5 to 8 p.m.</strong> at 47 E 200 N in downtown <a href="/city/st-george/">St. George</a>. The community event includes hot chocolate, donuts, crafting activities and a live music performance. Guests can create their own luminary to light the museum's courtyard and sculpture garden, meet the incoming artists as they celebrate their openings, and be among the first to see the new artwork inside. The museum's flyer names the two winter exhibitions: Ben Steele's <em>45th State of Mind</em> and Aziza Abdieva's <em>Fear Alchemy</em>. The flyer advertises free hot cocoa and donuts and lists Zions Bank as a sponsor. The museum is run by the City of St. George.
