The Mathis is a locally owned boutique wedding and event venue located at 76 E Tabernacle St in historic downtown St. George, Utah, serving couples, businesses, and creative hosts across Southern Utah. Purchased and restored in 2019 by the Glendenning family inside a revitalized mid-20th-century building that originally served as a downtown St. George neighborhood market, The Mathis blends preserved architectural character with bright, contemporary design.

Situated immediately adjacent to The Electric Theater Center in the heart of the Downtown St. George Arts District, The Mathis preserves original wood and glass market storefront doors, warm textures, and an intimate open floor plan. The space transitions effortlessly from daytime corporate workshops and styled photography sessions to candlelit wedding ceremonies and evening cocktail receptions.
