Red Cliffs Mall and Red Rock Commons
Red Cliffs Mall at 1770 E Red Cliffs Drive is St. George's enclosed mall, anchored by Dillard's and JCPenney, with H&M, Buckle, Men's Wearhouse, PacSun, Tillys, Zumiez, Vans, Journeys, lululemon, Bohme, One Loved Babe and Chico's, plus Al's Sporting Goods in the former Sears. Mall hours are Monday to Thursday 10 to 8, Friday and Saturday 10 to 9, and Sunday 12 to 5. Red Rock Commons on River Road, five minutes south, adds Old Navy and Maurices.

The Shoppes at Zion, the open-air outlet center at 250 N Red Cliffs Drive across from the mall, has turned over since the pandemic: rue21, DownEast, Dressbarn, Tuesday Morning and Eddie Bauer are gone from its 2026 tenant list. What is there now:

- Runway Fashion Exchange: teen and young-adult resale that buys for cash or store credit; hours not published.
- Lace by Louise, Ste 7: intimate apparel, opened March 2025.

For boots, hats and western wear, Boot Barn at 844 W Telegraph Street in Washington City is the main store, open Monday to Saturday 9 to 8 and Sunday 10 to 6, with Ariat, Wrangler and Cody James and free hat shaping. C-A-L Ranch at 2849 E 850 N in St. George carries work apparel and boots. Outdoor and athletic clothing is at Al's Sporting Goods and lululemon in Red Cliffs Mall, Rise & Wander downtown, and The Desert Rat at 172 N Bluff Street, which is mostly climbing and camping gear with its own tees and caps.

Department and off-price stores in Washington City
Telegraph Street in Washington, ten minutes east, has the area's big-box clothing: Kohl's at 650 W Telegraph (with a Sephora inside, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mon to Sat, to 8 on Sunday), Burlington at 720 W Telegraph (Southern Utah's first Burlington, opened June 2026, from 9 a.m.) and Boot Barn at 844 W Telegraph. Ross Dress for Less is at 365 S River Road in St. George.
