About This Event

The 53rd annual free Community Thanksgiving Dinner is on Thursday, November 26, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Red Rock Canyon School, 747 E. St. George Blvd. in St. George. The Habibian family has hosted the dinner every Thanksgiving since 1973, when Frank Habibian, then a recent immigrant, started it out of gratitude for the welcome he had received. The organizers say everyone is welcome, the meal is free, and last year's dinner served more than 3,000 meals. Volunteers and donations are handled through the Red Rock Canyon School Non-Profit Foundation at 435-680-3936. For more holiday meals and plans, see our Thanksgiving in St. George guide.
