Dancing with the Cedar Community Stars

The Friends of the Iron County Children's Justice Center present Dancing with the Community Stars, with a "Battle of the Bands" theme this year, on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 7 p.m. at the Heritage Center Theater, 105 N 100 E in Cedar City. Community stars from Cedar City and Iron County are paired with experienced dance partners and go toe-to-toe in a dance competition, with judges scoring each routine. The lobby opens at 6 p.m. and the house opens at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $15, and all proceeds go to the Iron County Children's Justice Center. Tickets can be bought at State Bank of Southern Utah, ERA Realty Center, through any of the community stars, or online by the QR code on the event flyer; tickets bought online are held at will call. The city calendar describes it as a family-friendly fundraiser that celebrates both the community and the art of dance. Questions go to Jennifer Davis of the Iron County CJC Friends Board at 435-590-1317. For more shows in town that month, see our Cedar City events calendar.
