Hungry Hustle 5K Ugly Sweater Fun Run

Tan's Treats holds the Hungry Hustle 5K Ugly Sweater Fun Run and food drive on Saturday, December 5, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at Sullivan Virgin River Soccer Park, 965 S Washington Fields Rd in Washington. The out-and-back course follows the Virgin River Trail, runners are encouraged to wear their ugliest holiday sweater, and the organizer says the route includes holiday-themed stops and a selfie with Santa. Walkers are welcome, but anyone who does not finish the full 5K is not eligible for prizes. Entry is $40 for an individual or $115 for a family of up to six, and the organizer says the event aims to raise more than 50,000 meals for children in need. Packet pickup starts at 9 a.m. at the fishing pond gazebo, and a food drive drop-off runs from 9 a.m. to noon. For more holiday weekend plans, see our Christmas events in Southern Utah guide.
