- Kids: two children 15 and under get in free with each ticketed adult on a grounds pass. Kids 2 and under don't need a pass. Kids 3 to 15 need their own pass for hospitality venues.

Parking, Rideshare and Biking In
There is no public parking in Ivins or Santa Clara, and parking depends on your pass type:
- Grounds pass holders park free in Lot 10, on Pioneer Parkway at Red Mountain Drive near the Santa Clara Harmons. From I-15, take Dixie Drive (Exit 5) west, continue onto North Dixie Downs Road, turn left on Snow Canyon Parkway, left on West 2000 North, then right on Red Mountain Road, and follow the signs.
- Rideshare, taxis, hotel shuttles and drop-offs use Lot 2 at 250 S Weiskopf Way, Ivins. The tournament suggests coming from eastern St. George or Washington by way of Red Hills Parkway and Snow Canyon Parkway, and staying off SR-18 (Bluff Street).
- Bikes and e-bikes park free at both entrances: Snow Canyon Parkway at 1500 Splitrock Drive (best if you're riding from St. George or Ivins) and Lot 10 (best from Santa Clara, by way of the Lava Flow Trail). Bring a lock.
- No personal golf carts are allowed on Black Desert property.

On the Course: What to Know
- Grounds pass holders can walk holes 1-3 and 8-18. Holes 4-7 are closed to fans for safety, some areas between the lava rock can't be reached, and fans can't go to the driving range.
- The tournament is cashless and takes credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- You can bring empty reusable cups or bottles up to 32 ounces. The tournament follows the PGA TOUR bag policy, and everyone goes through a security screening.
- Phones must be on silent. Photos and video for personal use are fine, but no live streaming, and calls are only allowed in designated areas.
- Re-entry is only through the Utah Steel gate, for the Golf Shop, Reef Destinations or the Autograph Zone. There's no re-entry at the BHI entrance.
