Red Peak Gym (written RedPeak Gym on its website) is a 20,000-square-foot youth gymnastics and multi-sport facility at 1865 W 400 N in Cedar City, Utah. It offers gymnastics, tumbling, cheer, parkour, dance and acro, hot yoga and an indoor golf simulator, plus open gym sessions, camps and birthday parties. It is not a weight-training gym, and it has no St. George location.
Owners Kari and David Louthan opened classes in the new building in August 2023. Kari Louthan is a Southern Utah University Athletics Hall of Fame gymnastics coach who started with a single class, and the business calls itself Cedar City's first multi-sport facility.
What classes and programs does Red Peak Gym offer?
Red Peak Gym runs preschool gymnastics from 19 months, a free Baby & Me class for babies up to 18 months, gymnastics, pre-gymnastics and tumbling, cheer (including All Star and rec teams), parkour and Little Ninjas, dance and acro, homeschool classes, hot yoga and personal lessons. What are Red Peak Gym hours?
Google lists Red Peak Gym as open Monday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday to 10 p.m., Thursday to 8:30 p.m., Friday to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon, and closed Sunday; class times vary.
