Owned by the Cortés family with a culinary program led by Executive Chef Charles Parcell, Black Sage Restaurant offers an intimate indoor-outdoor dining room overlooking the glowing cliffs of Zion National Park. Drawing inspiration from high-desert botanicals, Utah ranch meats, and seasonal regional produce, the kitchen crafts scratch-made pastas, wood-seared prime steaks, fresh seafood, and artisanal desserts paired with craft cocktails and a curated wine list.
