Bit & Spur Restaurant & Saloon is a landmark locally owned Southwestern and Mexican-inspired restaurant, saloon, and live-music venue located at 1212 Zion Park Blvd in Springdale, Utah, first opened in March 1981 and owned and operated by longtime Springdale restaurateur Aliah Zihni.

Since transforming an old rugged canyon bar into a culinary destination in 1981, the Bit & Spur has been the evening gathering place for Zion National Park hikers, river guides, artists, and local families. The scratch kitchen pairs traditional New Mexican red and green chile recipes with inventive Southwestern entrées, including sweet potato tamales, slow-braised pork carnitas, chile rellenos, ribeye steaks, and fresh fish tacos, accompanied by house-squeezed margaritas, Utah craft beers on tap, and an expansive shaded backyard patio looking directly up at the West Temple.
