About St. George Art Museum

The St. George Art Museum educates all visitors through quality exhibitions from all periods, cultures, and media, as well as collects, conserves, inventories, exhibits, and interprets art and artifacts from Utah and the Western region of the United States. The museum offers free admission to all visitors, hosts rotating exhibitions, provides educational programs, and serves as a cultural hub for the Southern Utah arts community. Perfect for combining with Washington County Library family events, the museum provides additional cultural enrichment opportunities for families exploring downtown St. George. Regular exhibitions feature both local and nationally recognized artists, with a permanent collection focusing on regional art and history.
