Zion Canyon Canine Rec Center and Spa

Zion Canyon Canine Rec Center and Spa is a locally owned overnight pet lodging, doggie day camp, canine swimming, and grooming facility located at 90 E State St in Hurricane, Utah, serving Hurricane Valley residents and travelers visiting Zion National Park and Sand Hollow State Park.

A Full-Service Canine Resort on State Street in Hurricane

Operated in downtown Hurricane as a member facility of the International Boarding & Pet Services Association (IBPSA), Zion Canyon Canine Rec Center and Spa provides a safe, climate-controlled home away from home for dogs and cats. Because Zion National Park trails and shuttles restrict pets on most backcountry routes, out-of-town visitors and local Hurricane families alike rely on Zion Canyon Canine for supervised daytime play and multi-night boarding along the State Route 9 corridor.

Overnight Suites, Doggie Day Camp, Canine Pool, and Spa Grooming

Open seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM for scheduled lodging and day-camp windows, the facility offers comprehensive pet care:

• Climate-Controlled Dog and Cat Lodging: Comfortable overnight suites with daily housekeeping, individualized feeding schedules, and morning and afternoon check-in/check-out windows.

• Supervised Doggie Day Camp and Pool Sessions: Temperament-matched group socialization, indoor and outdoor play yards, and canine swimming pool sessions.

• Full-Service Grooming Spa: Appointment-based dog baths, breed-standard haircuts, deshedding treatments, nail trimming, and ear cleaning from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

When pets require vaccinations or medical exams prior to boarding, The Desert Vet is located a few blocks west on State Street, and RV travelers staying at WillowWind RV Park are less than five minutes away. Browse more providers in our Pet Services directory.
