Butch Cassidy 10K and 5K Race

The Town of Springdale's Butch Cassidy 10K/5K runs Saturday, November 14, 2026, starting at 9 a.m. on its original route from Springdale to Grafton. Runners follow the Virgin River, cross the Rockville Bridge and finish in the historic ghost town of Grafton near Rockville. The 5K is sold out on the RaceEntry registration page, and 10K spots remain at $60 ($25 for ages 10 and under) until registration closes November 11 or a category reaches its cap. 10K runners must hold at least a 13-minute-mile pace or ride the sweeper car to the finish. There is no parking in Grafton, so runners and spectators park in Springdale at the LDS church lot, which fills early, and ride race shuttles to the 5K start and to Grafton. The finish area has live music, awards, prize giveaways, photo spots and food for runners, and RunnerCard handles timing. Proceeds benefit the Grafton Heritage Partnership Project and the Zion Forever Project. Volunteers and sponsors can contact Robyn Sanders at (435) 772-3434.
