Day of the Dead Celebration at SUMA

The Southern Utah Museum of Art on the SUU campus in Cedar City hosts a Day of the Dead celebration on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from noon to 4 p.m. The day includes a music and dance showcase: Mariachi Fuego de Utah performs at the Eccles Music Center and Ballet Folklórico Herencia Hispana performs in the SUU Auditorium. The SUU STEM Center, the Frehner Museum of Natural History and SUMA run activities in the gallery and classroom. Food trucks and vendors, including Los Flores, Alicia's Tamales and Zion Frescas, sell food, and complimentary pan de muerto is offered while supplies last.
