Red Bull Rampage 2026 runs October 8-10, 2026, outside Virgin, Utah, about 30 minutes east of St. George. The 2026 Venue: Back to the "OG" Site
On September 10, Red Bull announced that the 2026 event returns to the original venue on Kolob Terrace Road. That site hosted Rampage from 2001 to 2004, and it sits across the valley from the venues used in recent years. Riders will use leftover features from those early years plus a new section above the original start gate. According to Red Bull:
- This is the tallest Rampage venue in history. Riders drop about 678 feet (206 meters) from the start gate to the finish corral.
- The riders have about 90 acres of terrain to build on.
- For the first time, men and women drop from the same start gate.
Rampage is judged, not timed. Each rider picks and builds a line from the top of the mountain to the bottom, with a small dig crew and no power tools. On finals day, each rider gets two runs, and the highest-scoring run wins.
Red Bull Rampage 2026 Tickets
Tickets went on sale August 26 through Red Bull's ticketing partner, Leap. Every attendee needs a ticket, whatever their age. All guests sign a waiver on arrival, minors must be with a ticketed adult, and tickets are non-refundable. Here's what the official ticket page showed on September 26, 2026:

Prices do not include the $1.50-per-ticket service fee. Availability changes quickly. Hike + Bike tickets allow only non-electric bikes and Class 1 e-bikes, and there's a free bike valet on site. Premium Parking tickets allow no bikes.
What Spectators Need to Know
Red Bull's own spectator advisory is blunt: the venue is remote, hot, dangerous, and unforgiving, and "this isn't a resort." Before you go:
- Plan for a hike. Every ticket type involves walking over rough terrain. Red Bull warns of steep exposure, falling rock, elevation gain, cacti, and sun and heat exposure.
- Stay where you're told. Spectators are limited to designated viewing areas at the base of the course, near the finish line.
- Bring your own supplies. Red Bull says to bring a reusable water bottle for the free water stations, plus snacks, sunscreen, layers, basic first aid, and a headlamp. Some food and bottled water are for sale, but no alcohol is sold on site.
- Leave these at home: pets, drones, and any wireless or RF gear such as audio or video transmitters. Personal motorized vehicles aren't allowed either. Red Bull says unauthorized equipment will be confiscated until after the event.
- Expect traffic on Kolob Terrace Road on competition days, and leave early. If you were planning a fall color drive up to Kolob Reservoir (see our fall colors 2026 guide), pick a day other than October 8 or 10.
How to Watch Red Bull Rampage 2026
You don't need a ticket to watch. Red Bull's 2026 event page lists both finals live and free at 10:00 a.m. MT on Red Bull TV and the Red Bull Bike YouTube channel. Red Bull's September 10 venue announcement said the same. Red Bull also says bars and restaurants that carry Atmosphere TV can show the event live.
A note for U.S. viewers: in 2025, Rampage streamed in the U.S. only on ESPN+. For 2026, Red Bull's event page and FAQ list Red Bull TV and YouTube, but one older Red Bull guide page still has an ESPN+-exclusive line. If the YouTube stream is blocked where you are, check the event page for the current U.S. option.
The Riders: Local Names to Cheer For
Red Bull's official rosters list 18 men and 12 women. Several have Southern Utah ties:
- Jaxson Riddle, hometown St. George. He's a husband, a father of two, and an advocate for mental health.
- Reed Boggs, hometown Virgin. He grew up in Ohio and moved west to chase a Rampage win.
- Connor Gallart, hometown Hurricane. He's a rookie, grew up in Aptos, California, and served six years in the U.S. Coast Guard before riding full time.
- Finley Kirschenmann, hometown Sandy, Utah. At 19, he's the youngest rider on the men's roster.
The defending champions are back too. Hayden Zablotny won the men's title as a first-time competitor in 2025, and Robin Goomes of New Zealand has won the women's title both years it has been held, 2024 and 2025. Two-time winner Cam Zink (2010 and 2023) is also on the roster, and he made his Rampage debut at this same original venue in 2003.
