Dry Lakes Ranch Beef is a fifth-generation family ranch butcher shop and western market located at 73 N Main St in Parowan, Utah, owned and operated by Reyes and Kacie Carballo and supplying ranch-direct, dry-aged Utah beef to families across Parowan, Cedar City, Brian Head, and Southern Utah.

Mountain-Grazed, Dry-Aged Utah Beef Direct from the Rancher

Raised on lush high-elevation mountain pastures at Dry Lakes Ranch above the Parowan Valley, the Carballo family's cattle are cared for from birth to harvest with zero added hormones and a commitment to land stewardship. At their Main Street storefront in downtown Parowan, customers can shop individual dry-aged ribeyes, New York strips, filet mignon, tri-tip, brisket, chuck roasts, and premium ground beef, or reserve quarter, half, and whole beef shares for their home freezers. The shop also crafts small-batch beef jerky, beef sticks, whipped beef tallow skincare balms, and carries locally made western goods.
