Redstone Olive Oil is a locally founded specialty olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasting room located at 250 N Red Cliffs Dr #33B (inside The Shoppes at Zion) in St. George, Utah, serving home cooks, culinary enthusiasts, and gift shoppers across Southern Utah. Established in St. George in 2010 by owners John and Tina DeRosa, Redstone Olive Oil was created to bring fresh, harvest-dated, Ultra Premium (UP) certified extra virgin olive oils and barrel-aged Italian balsamic vinegars to Utah kitchens.

The St. George flagship store is built around stainless-steel fusti tanks that allow guests to sample and compare single-varietal olive oils, herb-and-citrus infused oils, and dark or white balsamic vinegars before purchasing. Staff members guide visitors through flavor pairings for salads, marinades, roasting, and desserts.
