Indian Dining Near Red Cliffs Mall

Mint Indian Bistro opened in St. George in 2026 at 918 N 2720 E, on the east side of I-15 near Red Cliffs Mall, and holds its grand opening and St. George Area Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 4 p.m. It is the fourth restaurant for a Las Vegas group established in 2008 and the first outside Nevada. The group's other locations are on Flamingo Road and Durango Drive in Las Vegas and on Eastern Avenue in Henderson. The St. George dining room is open for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, until 9:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and closed on Tuesday. What Is on the Menu

The restaurant describes its food as traditional Indian cooking: curries, biryanis, tandoori specialties and breads from the tandoor oven, with vegetarian and vegan dishes throughout the menu. All meats are Zabiha-certified halal. Posted prices on the group's menu include butter garlic naan at $4.99, mango lassi at $5.99, chicken tikka masala made with breast meat at $17.99 and paneer tikka masala at $16.99. A lassi bar covers the yogurt drinks, sweet and salted. One difference from the Las Vegas restaurants: the St. George location is à la carte only, with no all-you-can-eat lunch buffet. Catering is offered for weddings, office and corporate parties, holiday events and nonprofit fundraisers, and the restaurant books private events.

Grand Opening on October 13, 2026

The ribbon cutting at 4 p.m. is followed by a free open-house dinner served in one-hour seatings from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. Seating is limited, reservations are required through the restaurant's Eventbrite page, and each group may book one time slot. Indian Food in St. George

St. George has had only a handful of Indian restaurants for a city of its size, so a new one with a full tandoor menu widens the choices for residents and for the visitors who stay in the hotel corridor along Red Cliffs Drive and St. George Boulevard. The address puts it a few minutes from the mall, the Red Cliffs Drive hotels and the I-15 Exit 10 interchange, which makes it practical for travelers coming off the freeway as well as for east-side neighborhoods such as Middleton and the Washington Fields area. Planning a Visit

Parking is in the lot at the restaurant. Because the restaurant closes on Tuesdays, plan weeknight visits for Monday, Wednesday or Thursday. Friday and Saturday evenings run a half hour later than the rest of the week. Vegetarian and vegan diners will find options across the menu rather than a single section, and diners who keep halal can order any meat dish.
