Over the Edge Sports

Over the Edge Sports is a locally owned mountain bike shop, demo rental center, and full-service bicycle repair hub located at 76 E 100 S in downtown Hurricane, Utah, serving riders exploring Gooseberry Mesa, the JEM Trail system, Wire Mesa, Guacamole, and Little Creek Mesa since 2007.

The Trailhead Hub for Hurricane Valley's World-Class Singletrack

Opened in 2007 and locally co-owned and managed by Quentin "Q" Morissette, Over the Edge Sports Hurricane sits one block south of State Street in historic downtown Hurricane. For nearly two decades, the shop has played a central role in building and advocating for Hurricane's internationally renowned mesa and desert trail systems, as well as organizing the annual Hurricane Mountain Bike Festival each spring.

Demo Mountain Bike Rentals, Suspension Service, and Local Trail Beta

Open seven days a week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Over the Edge Sports equips both visiting riders and local desert mountain bikers:

• High-End Demo Mountain Bike and E-Bike Rentals: Full-suspension carbon and alloy trail bikes and pedal-assist e-mountain bikes tuned specifically for Southern Utah slickrock and ledges.


• Full-Service Bicycle Mechanics and Suspension Tuning: Same-day and next-day drivetrain repairs, tubeless tire conversions, hydraulic brake bleeds, and fork and shock servicing.


• New Bike Sales, Parts, and Free Trail Guidance: Helmets, hydration packs, tires, replacement components, and firsthand route recommendations for Gooseberry Mesa and the JEM trails.
