Thunder Junction All Abilities Park is Southern Utah's first fully inclusive playground, designed so children of all abilities — including those with physical disabilities, sensory processing differences, and developmental challenges — can play together. Located in St. George, the park features dinosaur-themed play structures, adaptive equipment, and sensory play areas that make it a destination for families across Washington County.

Park Features

The park includes wheelchair-accessible play structures with ramps, adaptive swings (including a Liberty Swing for wheelchair users), a sensory garden with textured surfaces and musical instruments, a dinosaur dig pit, splash pad, covered shade structures, accessible restrooms, and rubberized safety surfacing throughout. The dinosaur theme — complete with life-size dinosaur sculptures — ties into St. George's rich paleontological history and connects with the nearby Dinosaur Discovery Site.
