About Saints & Sinners

Saints & Sinners in St. George

Saints & Sinners is a 21-and-over bar at 307 North Bluff Street in St. George, just north of downtown. The venue, which took over the former Blues Katz Rock N' Roll Grill space, describes itself as a full bar with bar food, and it is open seven days a week.

The Menu

The kitchen leans into the name. Starters include Cheesus Sticks, Golden Rings, Heavenly Rolls and Wicked Wings, and the burgers run from the Beelzebub Burger to a mushroom burger and a western burger, alongside a Pastrami Penance sandwich. The pizza list includes the Original Sin, Meat Me in Hell, Holy Basil, Divine Drizzle, Pineapple Redemption and The Blessed Bird. It is a menu built for sharing at the bar.

Weekly Nights and Live Bands

The bar's weekly lineup includes karaoke on Tuesdays and a poker night, and its website has a band request page for musicians who want to book a slot. Event schedules change, so check the bar's Facebook or Instagram page for the current week before you head over.

Hours

Saints & Sinners says it is open seven days a week but does not publish daily opening and closing times. Call (435) 572-4680 to confirm hours, particularly on weeknights and holidays. Utah law ends alcohol service at 1 a.m.

Bluff Street and Downtown St. George

Bluff Street is one of St. George's main north-south corridors, running from the I-15 interchange at the south end of town past downtown and up toward Snow Canyon and the Ledges. Saints & Sinners sits on its north end, a short drive or rideshare from the bar district around Ancestor Square and St. George Boulevard. Many visitors combine a downtown dinner with a later stop here.

Utah has the country's lowest blood alcohol limit for driving, 0.05, so plan a ride. Rideshare covers the city.

St. George's climate shapes the nightlife calendar. From October through April, mild nights bring visitors from Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park and the region's golf courses into town. Summer highs regularly top 100°F, and the evening crowd comes out late.

A Growing City's Nightlife

Washington County is one of the fastest-growing areas in the country, and St. George's evening options have grown with it. Where downtown once had only a handful of places to get a drink, the city now has cocktail lounges, brewery taprooms, restaurant bars and neighborhood bars spread along its main corridors. Bars like Saints & Sinners, with a kitchen, weekly events and room for live bands, serve the locals who make up most of the crowd on a weeknight.

Know Before You Go

Utah bars are 21 and over, and minors cannot enter. No membership is required; Utah's private-club system ended in 2009. Draft beer is capped at 5% alcohol by volume, with stronger beer sold only in cans or bottles. Bottles of liquor and wine are sold only at state liquor stores, which close on Sundays, but bars serve every day.
