Cedar City 175th Birthday Celebration

Cedar City celebrates its 175th birthday on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at the Heritage Center Theater, 105 N 100 E. Lobby activities start at 5:30 p.m. with family games, puzzles, photos, prizes and Cedar City trivia. The main-stage Cedar City Birthday Spectacular begins at 7 p.m. and honors local history and veterans. The city's calendar entry does not list ticket prices, so confirm admission with the city. Veterans Day also falls on November 11, and City Hall is closed that day; for parades and ceremonies around Southern Utah, see our things to do in Southern Utah in November guide and the Cedar City events calendar.
